Stephen is a Partner at the BBC Law LLP Malvern Office. He concentrates his legal practice defending insureds and insurers in the areas of premises liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, property matters, construction liability, commercial transportation, employment and products liability. His practice includes representation of clients from inception through trial in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Prior to practicing in litigation, Stephen was a Staff Attorney for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Stephen has experience in all aspects of litigation including trial, arbitration, mediation, depositions, motion practice and settlement of claims.
