Samantha Erley is an Associate at the BBC Law LLP Malvern office. She has experience handling civil litigation, defending 1983 claims, municipal liability, employment law actions, and breach of contract defense. During law school, Samantha participated in a veteran’s law clinic and interned with the Chester County District Attorney’s Office. She became an Assistant District Attorney out of law school, where she ran the intern program and was a member of the forfeiture unit.
