
Robert Brookman is a Partner in the Malvern office of BBC Law LLP. Mr. Brookman focuses his practice on civil and criminal litigation. Mr. Brookman is an experienced practitioner with extensive litigation experience. He has represented clients throughout the United States, and consistently achieved exceptional results.
Prior to joining BBC, he founded The Brookman Law Group. He has experience with complex commercial litigation and particularly securities litigation. Mr. Brookman previously worked with a firm in the Philadelphia area, where he engaged in all aspects of complex litigation in the state and federal courts of New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Brookman’s experience includes exercising principal day-to-day responsibility for numerous cases involving a myriad of subject matters, ranging from criminal defense and signification personal injury to contract disputes, employment matters and questions of officer and director liability.
During law school, Mr. Brookman worked on the Judiciary Committee Staff of Senator Dianne Feinstein, for the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and in the Office of the Chief Counsel for the Department of Justice’s Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Mr. Brookman also obtained a fellowship following law school with the Federal Public Defender’s Office in Trenton, New Jersey.
Mr. Brookman is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
