
Alexander “Alex” Palamarchuk has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including business disputes, professional liability claims, product liability, premises liability, commercial breach of contract, construction claims, wrongful death actions, sexual misconduct matters, shareholders disputes, and real estate matters. He has handled trials throughout various counties in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, and has litigated cases including securities matters, class actions and complex commercial disputes.
Alex has held an AV peer review rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 1995. He has been recognized by the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas for contributions to the Philadelphia Court System. He has also been acknowledged as an advocate for Children’s rights.
Alex received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1970, and graduated from Boston University School of Law in 1974. He completed the University of Pennsylvania Wharton Management Program, specializing in finance and business matters, in 1998. Alex is admitted to practice in the state courts of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.
