Nikolas A. Vaselopulos is an associate attorney at the BBC Law, LLP Pittsburgh office. Originally practicing in Tennessee, he worked with a small, family-owned firm in general civil litigation, probate, estate planning, real property, family law, and bankruptcy.
Later, Nikolas relocated to Pittsburgh and, upon admission to the Pennsylvania bar, worked for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He provided research and writing support to the appellate division on a variety of civil and criminal matters before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, specializing in the summary disposition of cases.
Nikolas is admitted to practice in both the United States District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court of the Eastern District of Tennessee. He focuses his practice on insurance coverage, motor vehicle and premises liability, commercial litigation, and general civil litigation.
