Michael is a Partner at the BBC Law LLP Malvern office. He practices in the areas of general liability, including matters involving premises liability, trucking, transportation, and motor vehicle accidents. He also handles matters involving planned community association disputes and travel-related claims. Michael has been practicing in the area of insurance casualty defense for most of his career and has obtained numerous favorable outcomes for his clients.
Michael earned a J.D. from Widener University School of Law in 2010 and a B.S. in Journalism and Political Science from West Chester University. During law school, Michael interned with the Pennsylvania Departments of State and Environmental Protection and in the Office of the Speaker of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. While at West Chester, Michael served as an editor of the student newspaper and was a rugby team member.
