Mark Martini is a partner at the BBC Law, LLP Pittsburgh office. Though based in Pittsburgh, Mark’s state and federal practice representing both businesses and individuals extends across the Commonwealth. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and all of the United States District and Bankruptcy Courts in Pennsylvania. Mark is also a member of the Academy of Trial Lawyers of Allegheny County, an invitation-only organization limited to the county’s most exceptional civil trial lawyers.
Mark has been very active in the Allegheny County Bar Association and previously served as President, one of the youngest in history. He was elected to serve on the ACBA Board of Governors for over 10 consecutive years and served in many capacities, including as the youngest chair ever of the Young Lawyers Division and as chair of the 50th Anniversary of the ACBA Bench Bar Conference.
Along with his achievements, Mark strives to serve his community, having previously served as a Trustee of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation for five years and as a member of the Pennsylvania Defense Institute. Outside of the legal field, he has served his local community’s soccer association as a coach, board member, and association president.
