Jeffrey (Jeff) S. Quinn is Of Counsel in the BBC Law LLP Absecon, NJ office. Jeff is a results-focused attorney with a history of demonstrated success in representing individual and corporate clients in the prosecution, defense, litigation, and resolution of matters involving general liability, bodily injury, negligence, commercial litigation, complex insurance fraud litigation, SIU, first and third party insurance coverage, No-Fault PIP Arbitration, civil litigation, arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
Jeff has supervised, managed, and successfully prosecuted numerous multimillion-dollar complex litigation matters. He has defended and resolved a wide range of general liability, negligence, bodily injury, insurance fraud, healthcare fraud, insurance coverage, contract, and commercial matters. He has a substantial history of providing sound legal analysis, strategy, communication, counsel, and advice to clients involving a variety of legal matters and issues, as well as a strong history of obtaining favorable awards, resolutions, settlements, and judgments on behalf of his clients.
Jeff has appeared in various Superior Courts of New Jersey on behalf of clients, has experience appearing before the Appellate Division of New Jersey, and has extensive experience representing insurance carriers in SIU matters and No-Fault Arbitration proceedings. Before joining BBC Law, Jeff was a Partner with a mid-size New Jersey law firm where, among other things, he successfully represented numerous insurance carriers in the prosecution of complex insurance fraud litigation matters as well as provided defense in first and third-party insurance claims involving automobile liability, premises liability, insurance coverage, fraud litigation, and commercial litigation.
Jeff has also lectured for the NJ Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the NJ Board of Ethics and mediated for the Special Civil Part of the Superior Court of NJ.
