Ann M. Grab (Maggie) is an accomplished attorney with over 30 years of experience representing the interests of property owners, landlords, construction companies, personal and commercial drivers, and other insured entities. Over the course of her career, Maggie has developed an expertise in the litigation of insurance defense claims. She has successfully defended clients in slip and fall cases, motor vehicle accidents, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and construction litigation. Her long-term focus on these specific areas of insurance litigation allows Maggie to provide deep insight and expert counsel to her clients.
Maggie has litigated cases in state and federal court, representing clients in both jury trials and bench trials. In addition, she routinely arbitrates and mediates cases of all kinds. Maggie aims to satisfy her clients in a time-sensitive, cost-effective manner; as such, she views mediations, negotiations, and arbitrations as key tools to reach a resolution and expedite results. In the past, Maggie has served as an arbitrator and has also presented educational seminars on various legal issues for insurance professionals.
Maggie received her B.A. in 1986 from West Virginia University and went on to earn her J.D. from West Virginia University in 1989.
Maggie lives in Lancaster, Pa. with her husband, where she enjoys taking care of her yard and keeping up with her four children.
