Garth Gartin is a partner at the BBC Law, LLP Pittsburgh office. After graduating from West Virginia University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, Garth worked for 5 years as a therapist providing services to children with special needs. He returned to school and obtained his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, also earning the award for Most Outstanding Student in the Civil and Family Justice Clinic.
Garth’s current practice focuses on complex insurance coverage, extra-contractual litigation, and general civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. He is also a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations.
When not litigating, Garth enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and their Bernese Mountain Dog.
