Erick V. Violago is an associate at the BBC Law LLP Malvern, PA office. With close to 20 years of practice in insurance defense litigation, he has vast experience defending cases involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, construction accidents, and general liability claims. He has tried cases before a jury, argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and handled countless cases from inception to close. He firmly believes in analyzing a case as it develops from the perspectives of defense, plaintiff, and the jury, in order to have a full understanding of the strengths, weaknesses, and risks associated with a claim, while keeping his client informed every step of the way.
Originally from Mechanicsburg, PA, Erick now resides in Montgomery County, PA with his wife and three children. In addition to family time, he enjoys watching stand-up comedy, long distance running, fantasy football, and aggressively rooting for Villanova Basketball and the Philadelphia Eagles.
