Derek Schultz is an associate at BBC Law LLP. Derek is a 2015 graduate of Juniata College, where he earned a B.A. in Politics, with a minor in History. Upon graduating from college, Derek attended Drexel University’s Kline School of Law earning his Juris Doctor in May 2020. During law school, Derek was a summer judicial intern for the Honorable John J. Trucilla, at the Erie County Court of Common Pleas in Erie, Pennsylvania. Derek received the CALI award for best performance Pennsylvania Practice and was a member of Kline School of Law’s ABA Negotiation Team. Derek also achieved Dean’s List recognition in 2018 and 2019.
