Darren Audino focuses his practice on the counsel and representation of commercial transportation, retail, and restaurant clients, working to resolve a variety of general liability claims, including premises liability, commercial motor vehicle accidents, food borne illness, and liquor liability. He routinely defends all types of personal injury claims, ranging from minor soft tissue type injuries to catastrophic losses.

Darren has extensive experience successfully representing tractor-trailer companies, parcel delivery companies, fleet vehicles, school bus companies, and motor coach carriers, as well as prominent national restaurant groups, national department stores, and local family-owned businesses. His practice also extends to property owners, condominium complexes, commercial apartment buildings, commercial landlords, general contractors, subcontractors, and engineers in construction related defects claims and accidents. Darren is highly integral to his clients’ businesses, leveraging his knowledge and insight to provide counsel on risk management and other business issues.

Darren’s commitment to his clients has led to regular appearances before Municipal Court, the Superior Court of New Jersey, Administrative Court, and United States District Court, in addition to successful arguments before the Appellate Division. Outside of the court system, Darren also handles administrative and regulatory matters before the New Jersey Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and the National Transportation Safety Board.

Since 2010, Darren has been selected annually as a SuperLawyers® Rising Star.” In 2016, he was named one of SNJ Business People’s “40 Under 40.”

When not in the office, Darren can be found coaching his two young boys at the hockey rink or on the baseball field, or cheering on their soccer teams.
