Carton Rogers focuses his practice on the skillful defense of personal injury, insurance coverage, liquor liability, and property damage claims, with matters successfully resolved through defense verdicts and arbitration. He also has extensive experience handling complex pharmaceutical and product liability litigation.
Carton shares his knowledge and insight through regular speaking engagements before the Insurance Society of Philadelphia. Recent topics include: “The Proper Handling of Bad Faith Matters,” “Premises Liability: Litigating the Slip/Fall Case,” “Introduction to Basic Issues Regarding Discovery and Depositions,” and “Pennsylvania and New Jersey Auto Law Update.”
While attending Rutgers Law School, Carton volunteered representing local juveniles in criminal matters through the Children’s Justice Clinic.
Prior to attending law school, Carton honed his presentation (and negotiation) skills as a high school history teacher at St. Joseph’s Preparatory School, where he also worked in the development office. In his free time, Carton enjoys spending time with his wife and two little boys as well as building/curating his extensive book and music collections.
